I met Jamal in the beginning of my UX career a few years ago. Since then I've been receiving a great support from her. Jamal is very attentive, she lets you share your concerns, listens to them carefully and then provides a very descriptive feedback with some follow up questions that help you better outline your next steps. 2023 has been tough, and this is where I connected with Jamal again to seek some feedback on my resume and portfolio to shape them to the market needs as well as to make sure I stay true to my skills and career goals.
